Grigori Little Ruby Wines is a South Australian wine producer, based in the world renowned wine growing region of the Barossa Valley.
Our Little Ruby is the culmination of over 35 years of Grigoriou family wine making tradition. Selected vineyards are chosen in Australia’s most prized wine regions, including the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Coonawarra, to create single site wines of substance and longevity.
This year the vineyard is irrigated by drip irrigation with moisture monitoring and good drainage. Vintage is from late January until mid April each year, and harvesting is all done by machine in the cool of the night. Fortunately, our dry environment rarely has rainfall during harvest so there are few factors during this time that can spoil the fruit of our labour.
